The Glorious Woman Movement Class is a deeply transformational journey designed to help you release body shame, reclaim your feminine energy, and awaken your natural sensuality.
This is a dance-based movement class with a mix of expert instruction and freedom to find your own movement flow. Taught on a cosy yoga mat, Shannon lovingly guides you through a series of simple and spicy movements that will strengthen, stretch and tone your whole body.
You will leave each class feeling fully relaxed and totally empowered in your feminine energy, while getting all the benefits of a full-body workout with total ease.
