meet Shannon

As a dance studio owner and feminine embodiment coach, I’ve inspired hundreds of women teaching sensual dance classes and leading women’s circles over the last 15 years.

But one thing I always found shocking in my clients is the lack of love for their bodies.

You can put on the sexiest clothes and do the most enticing dances, but you will never feel truly empowered if you don’t love your body.

I developed Glorious Woman Movement while becoming a mom of three, enduring severe weight gain and loss, two c-section births and years of chronic pain.

During this time, I studied the unique needs of the feminine body and created the ultimate movement method that feels easy, sensual and fun.
